I have always and even more so lately been under the impression that after say '74
cars G models and SC / Carreras were most often shipped from the factory for US
consumption fully optioned ..unless ordered otherwise.
A/C , power windows , sunroof , sport seats, alloys etc. The factory allotment to a dealer always included fully optioned vehicles , we as Americans rarely bought the stripper ..only if ordered as such.
