Cane syrup...keeping a family tradition going after losing my dad this year. The pot we use is my great grandads but the syrup house was built by dad a few years ago. We had some setbacks with broken equipment...a lot of anxiety with wanting it to turn out “right” and a lot of sore muscles but we turned out almost 100 gallons of beautiful cane syrup.
