I carried for years while cycling. Right hand back pocket of Jersey. I carried a Kel-Tec P3-AT, very small 380ACP. I kept it in a ziplock bag for moisture protection. Sweat is more of an issue than anything else.
It was in a "rug" inside the ziplock. I kept my CC license and some cash in the rug as well, along with a spare mag.
No rain, ziplock open. Rain, ziplock closed.
I pulled out the "rug" and unzipped once. A Pickup truck was "rushing" us from behind on a 4 lane divided road. He did this multiple times before passing around us and turning on a side street.
Technically, I never "brandished" since the pistol was still in the rug.
