My brother added that to the new shop building he had put up. Before insulating it you couldn't touch the outside during summer (Atascadero CA) it got so hot. Now it is still is warm buy not burn your hand if you touch it hot. With fans it made it livable inside.
Is that a box fan I see in one of your pictures?

+2, I have had a few friends that have done this in metal buildings and WOW, did it make a huge difference.
