My brother added that to the new shop building he had put up. Before insulating it you couldn't touch the outside during summer (Atascadero CA) it got so hot. Now it is still is warm buy not burn your hand if you touch it hot. With fans it made it livable inside.

Yes, there's a box fan sitting there. No idea how much of the stuff laying around the house the current owners plan to remove. I'm kind of thinking of telling them that anything that they don't want to bother with they can just leave.
