I think Guiness is gonna be my downfall one of these years.
Iceman, I have the same problem (and same feedback!) and have found that while sugar gets me out of the irritated frame of mind, if I eat something higher in protein, it lasts a lot longer. A peanut butter sandwhich takes that edge off and isn't gone 20 minutes later.
