You have to buy the small pins. You crimp the pins on the wire then the pins snap into the connector. It's a molex connector or something like that.
As for the pins and removal of them, it depends on whether that connector uses the round pin or the one with a small tab that locks it in once inserted. I've seen and used both. If you pull the orange rubber piece out, you should be able to tell what style of pin that connector takes.
