They are Deutsch DT series waterproof connectors
You really should use the correct crimper, it will double crimp the pins correctly. Otherwise, don't consider it to be at all waterproof.
Looks like 20-25 amps at 12V is their limit, dunno what your kayak pulls.
They go for about $6-7 for each complete connector on Amazon.
