I agree with Red-Beard. You may be better off buying something long enough for you and then having it tailored to fit. A trucker-style jacket is pretty complex for a tailor to make one from scratch. It's probably hard to find a pattern for one and the layers would require a lot of work and skill.
Even the new "Made to Measure" semi-bespoke tailoring outfits don't really offer a work jacket like that. They stick to easier items like pants and shirts and suits. But you could Google search for "online made to measure" and see what you can find. There are many MTM online shops with good reviews. If they can do the work they will take your measurements by email and mail you the final result, which can be further altered by your local tailor.
Or you could go to Styleforum.net (the Pelican Parts Forum of menswear) and see if you could buy a jacket like you wanted through one of their members, or get a recommendation for a good tailor.
