Dinner for a momentous occasion, ribeye with butter shallot sauce. Wedge with blue cheese and extra gorgonzola dolce with compari tomatoes not shown.

2017 Vieux Telegraphe Chateauneuf du Pape was ****ing spectacular. As was the steak.
