'57 Dodge. Chrysler was anticipating a DOT rule change for 1957 allowing quad 5 3/4" headlights and styled their cars for them, but the final ruling came down too late for the start of production. Some manufacturers changed to quad headlights in the middle of the '57 model year. Dodge started quad headlights in '58 with a car that looked pretty much like this - except for having 4 headlights.
