Price Guidance - 73.5 911T Survivor

I purchased this 73.5 911T Sunroof coupe from the estate of the original owner 2 years ago. The car appears to be all original including paint, 85K miles. The car sat parked in a garage for 30 plus years. The car cleaned up nicely. Paint buffed out really nice, original leather seats are extremely nice (one tear at one seam), the dash is perfect, headliner soiled somewhat but original. Will need a carpet kit as the floor mats front and back are missing. I hooked power to it and all electricals are working properly including original radio, power sunroof, all lights, AC blower, and even the clock. Engine turns over by hand but I didn't dare attempt to hit the starter. The car is complete with jack, original tool roll, and owners manuals. It even has the antenna keys and radio manuals. My next step was to send it off for mechanical restoration and repair of several rust bubble areas and paint blending. It will also need a new tag panel as the garage leaked and rusted the panel. I removed it and confirmed that the rust was limited to the tag panel only. I realize this phase represents a potential major investment. Hoping for a simple engine reseal, CIS rebuild, brakes but who knows what might be entailed. It was my intent to do the work and keep it and enjoy but given past experience I usually complete and then move onto something else. With that said, I wanted to get an idea of current market value as it sits. I may sell, I may not..... just evaluating options at this point.
I posted for input when I purchased the car. Just wanted to see where things stood in the current market.
