Towards the upper end of that ^ range once the engine is cleaned up and operating without leaks, etc. As Mac says, the paint being original and in good shape is the main variable, once the mechanicals are sorted.
One last thought--I'd try to find the missing carpet pieces to match, rather than buying a new kit.
