CarpacUsa is a respected shop. Again, the car already looks great. IMO, a Carpac restoration would take the car into a six figure stratosphere.
I first would find a local independent Pcar shop, consult local Pelicans or PCA, reactivate the car mechanically; suspension, brakes and engine. Then complete a sympathetic restoration of the rust areas and interior allowing the car to continue as a survivor. This probably could be completed very cost effective.
