Seems like a standard rally prep item: New jack receiver bore (just above the factory position) and a "mudguard" to keep muck out of it.

WRC-type jack stands. I really wanted them for my own car. So handy. They carry a truck jack type unit in WRC cars that fit into the same receptacle for tyre changes (usually all 4 corners every stage without jack stands

). Porsche knew what they were doing with those jacks in 911s.
