Then it will take forever to get across Kansas. I always said anyone that thinks the nation speed limit should be 55 MPH should be dropped in Kansas City, and told to drive to Denver, and if the speedometer hits 56 MPH they get an electric shock, they will decide 55 is way too slow. It might have been OK in the little bitty high population New England states, but it sure sucks in the rest of the country.
She will indeed think it is the Twilight zone if they stop every two hours and all the rest stops look just the same, and the scenery is the same. Flat fields of wheat. At least the winter wheat will be green.
