My .02¢: get rid of the a/c first and foremost. It is heavy, it works very poorly and will cost a lot to restore - and still work poorly after that, and it takes away horse power from the engine. The second thing to go would be the front bumper overriders. Porsche's quick fix answer to the DOT requirement to minimize damage and cost for accidents which occur under 5mph was to add a few heavy clumps of rubber that jut out like boat docking buoys....

Oh, and almost forgot. Very nice car...
