You need a "sporty" car, or a car that makes you grin with the kids. You already have the coolest car in the world which the daughter is going to love.

And trust me, the daughter is only going to care about car time in the 911 with Dad at a certain point. In my case Arden and I would head out in the 964, 356 or SL560 and yap for an hour or so. She drove when she got her license. Best times of my life.

I'd sell the Disco and look at some of the compact SUV rocket ships on the market. Plenty of room for weekend fun trips, the '72 stays and you have a DD as well.

You can have a lot of fun in some of the newer compact SUVs.

I went the other route. Second child I sold my 911SC and bought a Defender 90. Top on or off, we all loved it. Fun isn't always about the driver only
Wise words. She already begs to go downstairs to the garage to sit in the car. She loves two things right now - Cars and dinosaurs! I'm actually thinking about hooking up a way to get her car seat into the passenger race seat.

So I've actually considered an old 70s MB SL...

Torn on the Disco, she's become a part of the family. But it is just a vehicle...
