Would not do a full restoration....original paint cars have greater value especially when buffed out.
Can be done to a great level of shine .
Repairs to minor surface rust can be fixed and blended.
AC is a valuable option especially if you can get info on COA.
Seems like a great car that needs to be cleaned and highly detailed .
The bumpers are an original detail , let the next owner change if they like.
