If your elderly neighbor has managed to avoid Covid19 in Texas this long, I would not let him get within 50’ of someone who just flew in from another state, had multiple contacts with different people, etc. Sounds like a recipe for a dirt nap.
Maybe if you could get your hands on a couple of biohazard full suits, (for you and the neighbor), otherwise, make him stand across the street w binoculars to look at your cars.
