While Carparc would be fine for the body and paint "restoration" work, I'd send the car for mechanical work to either Scott Hendry at Scott's Independent, or Marco with TLG "first" and then to Henk after the mechanical is sorted.
Just a couple of options to look at imho.... I know all 3 of them very well.
