Needs a new paint job, want to put on the 930 steel flares, and I need to pull the motor and renew all the gaskets, inspect for broken head studs and rebuild the tranny.

Just a couple of weekends and you can knock that out. The Overhauling team could do it is 5 days, and put 24 inch wheels on it, with a 2,000 watt stereo and maybe convert it to a slant nose as well.
A warm garage is wonderful. I took all the suspension off of my 911 when we were having a blizzard here several years back. I was working in a t-shirt and jeans and comfortable.
