Siht flows downhill, Friday is payday, and you never shake the plumber's hand. You ever see your plumber bite his finger nails?
We were doing a gut job to half the house. Plumber was there as we pulled the toilet to the part of the house that was to left un-touched. I looked at the flange, rust. I am thinking, the pipes should be good so we just change out the closet flange. My plumber, was right there and he goes and squat, sticks his finger in the 4" pipe and rubs it against the pipe and said, " Pipe's in good shape. We will pull the flange and you are good". No gloves, nothing. I said, you do remember their siht goes right there? He smiles and said, its clean. Its been years, I never shook his hand again, ever. His kids are not working along side him, so when I write the check, I leave it clipped behind his windshield wipers. No man, they do not normally wash their hands before they have lunch. Yep, same guys that had to deal with the crazy runner that posted about him on Nextdoor
