Garage
Living on the Oregon coast for 16 years and going through several tsunami warnings I came up with this.

Plastic tote, not to heavy (think kids/wife/partner)

1. MRE entree's...not the whole packages, just get entree's. You can pack bunch, I'm talking months worth in a few totes for just a couple hundred bucks. 3$ to 4$ a meal.
2. Water purification
3. Tarps and wool blankets
4. Road flares (light in any conditions, you could shove one in a tree stump and your golden for fire)

I kept two totes in my garage just sitting there. One warning in 5min my family was gone and headed to high ground. I'm talking 5 kids and two dogs. 5mins and bugging out. Was a huge relief for me as I was headed to the Station to drive the boat off shore. I had over a month of entree's for each family member in one tote. And my wife loaded it all in two tosses.

https://theepicenter.com/ I used these guys as they were local, and got the entree's next day. Fastest I have ever got anything off the Net. Granted I was only 100 miles away but wow.-WW

ps. This for for tomorrow..simple right you'd have all this in a week for a couple of hundred bucks. If you want to delve in prepping or serious end of society survival there's lots of fine websites out there. If you are running tomorrow you'll need cash not large bill's either or you'll leave huge tips every where. I stash at least $100 cash in all my vehicles and nobody not even family know's where.
