I know this isn't trendy like some of you other guys, especially Shaun (I do salute all of you for your expertise and artistry in creating such delectable food.), but it's one of my favorite dinners. Peas, mashed potatoes, and SALMON PATTIES. I was commenting to my sister years ago how people didn't seem to like salmon patties. She looked at me and said, "Marv, nobody likes salmon patties except for you." Of course I put catsup on them.
