Rusnak is right. If what you really want is a Rolex Sub then you should sell all and get one. Like the original Top Gear guys said when testing a Cayman. Although it is a great car, in the end when you pull up to a light and a 911 pulls up next to you, you will always be left thinking that you should have got the 911.
When my father died a few years ago, I did this exact same thing, trading in his stuff and getting a watch I really wanted. Having always wanted a Tag Monaco I got one by trading in his loose gold, it is now one of the ways I remember him. Someday to be passed down to my son.
I'm also very happy with my Tag Aquaracer and Monza
