Baked at 450, Shaun. On wire rack with pan underneath to catch any drippings. Rubbed with butter and seasoned with Kosher salt and black pepper. 25 minutes...then pull, re-baste with butter, re-season, and turn over. Cook for another 20 minutes. YUM!
I ate 2 and gave the 3rd to my dog. Sorry no pics this time.
