Most rain head showers are well, feels like rain drops. Many are disappointed about the lack of pressure. Hans Grohe makes a big square one that has some pretty good pressure build up like a traditional shower, actually better. From my experience, most of my clients really like the Hans Grohe rain shower due to the pressure.
