Yes to heated floor with programable thermostat if you live somewhere that gets a winter, just ordered the parts for our ensuite bathroom, they use about 12w per square foot with the wire at 3" spacing so 100sf is 1200w or 10A. About 1 hr to heat up to set temp, never really checked.
Also have a rain head going in this shower, we had it in the old house and liked it, but also have a hand held shower.
Looking to have a custom 14ga stainless steel base formed, I made one up years ago and really liked it but it stayed with the house we sold, plan to do this one flush with the tiles and sloping back from the doors, slopes down about 1 1/4" ( will mod some subfloor) approx 64" wide 42" deep using two doors. Leakproof and easy to clean.
