I would steer a wide path around that bike. I would imagine all the critical bits you cannot outwardly see are sourced from low bid manufacturers in bottom of barrel materials. Anything (MC/Bicycle) that will see dirt will need lots of maintenance, starting with junk just exasperates the situation.

For $500-1K more you can find a used name brand bike that will run circles around that thing for years to come, assuming that bike will make it that far. YMMV
