forgot to mention: the plan is to keep the glovebox. I agree it looks tidier without, but my compromise is to keep it for pure practical reasons: it's more of a daily driver and any -lockable - storage capacity is welcome. Unless you convince me otherwise...
It's actually much easier to do the conversion scrapping the glovebox rather than keeping it, I'll come to that later
