I like the idea as it makes doing plugs and really anything on the motor easier and is a little like W124 hoods. You can open them so they are vertical, it is amazing how much easier it is to work in the engine bay with no hood whatsoever. So combining a little weight savings with ease of work in the bay makes sense getting them done. Just no time this year I think. |
