I would not take on that project if it were a $20k list. Those floors are bad... really, really bad. But that's me.
You can find better cars for less than what it will take to fix this one.
If you are doing the work yourself and don't count your labor you will be money ahead. Pending it's a matching numbers car which is currently unknown.
But to do the floors and paint how quickly will this car get done? What year will you be able to actually enjoy the car? 2021, 2022,... 2030?
If you are going to pay a shop; keep looking.
