My investment strategy is very similar to yours - small portfolio, and split half and half between stocks & ETF's, and RE investments.
No Bitcoin for me either. Got burned by a SPAC recently as well. Don't get me wrong - I am all for new technologies, but there is much profit to be gained by playing it down the middle.
