How much do you like/hate your in-laws? I got a 16' camper trailer I'll sell you cheap... just park it in the back yard, maybe a small pole-barn like roof/covering.
Note - only suitable who think the difference between the in-laws and out-laws is that out-laws are wanted....
Would also make a great fishing/hunting camp - park it, again consider a roof of some sort for longevity, and go.
