With the 3 week schedule, it sounds like you have the Pfizer vaccine. That is supposed to reach full effectiveness 1 week after the second injection.
The 95% effectiveness also counts those people who became infected between the shots and before full effectiveness. It produces 2-4 times the antibodies of a person who gets actual COVID-19.
