When national prohibition was eliminated it did not affect Oklahoma as we still had state prohibition. Finally on April 8, 1959 state prohibition was ended, but no liquor by the drink in bars. Full legal liquor by the drink was not passed until September 18, 1984.
Finally in 2018 the laws were brought fully into the 20th century and I can buy cold strong beer or wine (any beer at at all) in a convenience or grocery store. Hard liquor is still just a liquor store thing.
On July 10, 2018, medical marijuana passed and we have more dispensaries per capita that Colorado or California. Only a few areas in Oregon have more per capita. They are everywhere. More than all the Starbucks, Subways and McDonald's combined.
During the China Virus pandemic it was allowed to go to a restaurant and order take out, and they will hand you your order right in your car and that can include mixed drinks or beer and wine.
I can drive over to a restaurant and have them hand me beer, wine or a cocktail while I sit in my car. I can then drive to the local horse race track, bet on the horses, then go into the full casino and gamble like in Vegas. I can buy lottery tickets almost everywhere. Drive home and pick up some pot on the way. I have zero plans to do any of that, but it is legal.
Oklahoma has the world's largest casino. At 370,000 square feet you can find something to play if you like to gamble.
And yep, we can have a bottle of booze delivered to the door.

I'm not sure currently but there were still "dry" counties in OK until just a few years ago.
