Absolutely, something like the package thief trick package. Permanent dye and maybe some sort of stink spray too.

Or maybe a brightly colored glue, followed by glitter, then stink spray.

Although, assuming they get hit with federal charges, that's not bad either.

I knew a guy that used to own/run a topless bar in Austin. He had been in court a bunch of times for various things. Then at some point, he came up on federal charges. He and his attorney walked into the court thinking they'd BTDT and had the t-shirt. Apparently, it didn't take the judge long to clue them in that they were in a very different situation than they'd ever been in before. It seemed to put the fear of God into him. When I knew him, he was working with me in IT because he wasn't allowed to be anywhere near bars for a period of time.
