Quite a story and very compelling and useful PSA. I had a pinched C6/C7 nerve. I believe it was from a lot of road-bike cycling (Cycle Oregon for a couple years in a row). My right arm was “on fire with jagged knives stabbing it” for several days in a row. Couldn’t sleep, couldn’t eat etc. very slowly resolved itself to the point that I’m generally comfortable. It’s easy to aggravate however. Right index finger 50% numb.
Hope you continue to improve and continue to “grab life.”
