Rick - I would consider fencing in just a part of your property for them - maybe immediate surrounding of your home.
I've never ever let my 2 girls out of my sight. Doesn't mean I don't have a fence. It's just my way of ensuring their well being. Not for everyone, I know.
They are my world. And I have no doubt I am theirs.
