Sautéed cod with a spicy Roma tomato red pepper coulis and avocado cilantro cream sauce dotted with adobo sauce. Yes I should have sieved the avocado cream sauce but time didn't allow. And while you might think there is too much sauce on the plate, it was spotless when done. I love getting ideas while food shopping.
