Reasons why you dont buy a bastard 911 from a attorney
As some of you on the board know i almost bought a bastard porsche, but as luck would have it the deal fell apart. Got my deposits after chargebacks after the seller" swore" that any court would see his side. I guess he didnt like the fact that my credit card company disagreed with him. Well i gave him neg feedback as i felt others should know how this guy sells. so he negs me back too but states some lies. (FenderGuy10 ebay handle if you car to see the feedbacks). My fist neg too oh well...anyways i get this in my email about the feedback"
your positioning is poor, yes the car came out of the shop but they had the wrong seal and it had to be redone...Your comments of fraud are libelous and I intend
to use what ever means possible to correct this situation and what you are doing to my reputation. As an attorney I will be willing to spend my time and dollars using all means possible for retribution. The deal did go south and I was NOT
aware of the problems we found TOGETHER and tried to take care of them...even at a loss to me on the deal, a loss from my purchase price with the repairs of over 2000.00. Your actions were and are unfair and I expect you to withdraw your negatives or risk action. PLEASE do note, as you have had from your questions to others, that you bought the car at close of auction (it was yours at that time)...it was sold "without faults" but being the professional and gentleman that I am I did say I would take care of the problems"... there are so many lies in that email to begin with, i was told he was spending $3500 when i spoke to him, blah blah anyways this so called "attorney" seems to be threating me with legal action which i found humors, but at the same time him being from california i wouldnt doubt he would press foward. Do all attorneys feel they have the right to seek legal action ifthe truth hurts?
