Just that. On other forums, (and I wholeheartedly agree with this policy), if someone ever does a "goodbye cruel world" exit and says that they are leaving forever, their posts should all be erased and they should be blocked from their IP address, which is obviously not effective anymore when all someone has to do is google, "how do I hide/mask my IP address?"

Changing the forum rules to a 1000 post minimum before being able to enter PARF would be a good start and harm absolutely no one. It's been suggested multiple times, I don't know what the hesitancy is on the part of whomever is running this place now. Oh yeah, and ban the latest version of the clown.

well stated Denis. as for the ever-spawning troll, I believe the Dirty Knobs have a good descriptive song about him--and the easiest action is to ignore any posts/threads associated with the username.
