Now I'm back to square one. The pain is about what it was when I started this regimen.

Wifey went to FL a couple of weeks back to see her folks.
While she was gone tripped over one of the cats in the middle of the night.
Laid cold and naked on the floor for 10 minutes before I could get back up.
Slacked off the Yoga.
Right back at square one with ya my friend.
