Try this...
Get on the floor, and put one leg up on a wall and the other straight out. Slowly inch your butt closer to the wall while getting your upright leg as straight as possible.
Trust me, it works. Best thing I ever did!

I fought sciatic pain for years, tried Chiro, acupuncture, massage. Finally found a PT therapist that started me on some weird hamstring stretching exercises and found some relief. I figured why not bend over and try to touch my toes, made it bout 1/2 way between my ankle and knee. I would spend bout 5 minutes, twice a day just bending and reaching for those toes. Took 2 months, but could grab the bottom of my toes. No more pain. I still do this 3 x week. was literally life changing for me.
