Depends on your skill level, a lot of people like the MS2 or MS3, but I like the SDS because it's the easiest to program. Most use SDS or MS (MegaSquirt) because they're cheaper, but there is other more expensive systems like CE's Tec2, Haltec or the Motec plus many others.
Aftermarket FI isn't cheap, there's no complete systems although a few have almost complete packages.
Right now I'm gathering parts to build a intake for my 3.0 twinplug using a SDS EM5-F6 with twin coil packs that I picked up from another member. I also have an SDS EM4-F4 that I have owned since 2003 and have installed 4 engines now. Every one succesful, I've sold the previous engines it's no on my 2600çc type 4 engine.
