Yep, Pete Weber "phase 9" silencers and cross-chamber. Pretty much the best thing going IMO. Gives you basically the same performance as a straight pipe, while keeping the noise under 100db.
headers/straight pipes = >115db, headers/phase 9's = 105db, headers/phase 9's/cross-chamber = <95db).
That $3300 is mostly in the headers. You can get just the phase 9's for about $550/pair.
