I'd say it depends on a number of things.
Is it all original paint?
Is it matching numbers engine/trans?
Is it rusty?
Has the engine ever been rebuilt?
If so, by whom?
Are the suspension bushings all original?
I'd say the $35k Shaun quoted is for a driver quality entry level car now days.
