The muscle car market is a bubble that is slowly deflating as the target demographic ages out. Just like the 1950s car market did before it. They aren’t collector cars that will stand the test of time, they appeal to a certain demographic because of their nostalgic appeal. This is the cyclical nature of most collector items. A Chevelle isn’t worth $100k, just like a soft window 911S isn’t worth $400k. It’s not a 250 GTO, sorry to all the guys hoarding long hoods but it’s just not. Great car, but not a hyper rare historically significant car.
