the sensor is not can buss it is a variable reluctance sensor
it's more likely the wrong spec sensor as I remember it on the early servo abs
the sensor went into the abs module then the abs module drove the speedo
try one from a later 2007 non servo abs or do some research on the various sensors
on as cycles or the like
the resistance is probably not a good test for these sensors, I usually use a scope and look at the signal. but they are very reliable
